I gotta say that going with the 18's and a 35 will make the ride much harder if you're coming from 17" 45's. I do not drive my car daily so I do not mind the ride and you may not either but I would think a 30 profile tire will be an even harder ride. Just something to consider.
right now I'm running a the nitto rII at 275x40x17. The tire I want to run only comes in a 30 series(nt-01) or 2nd choice is the rII in 305x35x18. The front I havent decided on yet but will most likely be a 275x35x18. The 30 will make my speed slightly less than what it actualy is, which is not a bad thing for the cops but it can be corrected.
I liked the C6 Z06 (Z07) I saw in pics but I was not crazy over them but I got them anyway because they did look good and no one around here has them. Then once I put them on I was amazed how good they turned out. Everytime I look at them I like them more everyday. I don't think you will be disappointed in them if you get them.

I voted for the C6-Z06 but the regular C6 look absolutly killer!! The only thing I was worried about with them was the BLING factor but as evidence by the black TA they look amazing.

a 35series on an 18 to retain stock height is a 295... since 35 is an aspect ratio... if you run a 315 with a 35 it would be too tall.. youre right going with the 30 the only thing that sucks about the 315/30/18 is the price and selection.. the bfg drag radials are like 250 but dont last long.. and any other tire is 330+... its a tight fit
