Default Do i need spacers?

I just wanted to see if my 19's fit on my camaro (Without tires tho) the bolt pattern was perfect.
The rims were touching from the inside. Will i need to put spacers if i slap on some tires?

Is it the front wheels or the back? How much does it touch? Is it enough that it makes it hard to have the wheel meet up flush with the rotor?

It's the back ones. Everything is good, it's not touching the calipers. It's the back of the rim thats touching the inner plastic/metal thing.

The bumpstop maybe? Probably just needs to be ground down a little and once you put weight back on the wheels it probably wouldn't hit anything. Can you take some pictures?
