Default can it be done?

Well I just bought a powder coating machine and a stove.

My question is, can I take off the clear on my stock aluminum WS6 wheels and powdercoat them and bake em? Or is it not possible.

Anyone done it? Id love to see pics if so.

should be fine if preped correctly. Some aircraft stripper should do fine to remove the clear coat.

Im just not too keen on 'baking' the aluminum.. How hot does the oven get to? You could be taking from say a T6 heat treat down to a T2 or less!! Aluminum is very picky about the heat treatment and quench methods for cooling it off. Basically.. you could be creating a lower strenght wheel just to get it powdercoated.. If it were up to me, I would definately reccomend against it!!
