You're rotors are too large. You're setup is great for a RR application but terrible for a drag application. Not so much the size, but you've got so much stopping power, it's not going to help you any more. You'll just skid more. The limiting factor is the tire footprint, not the brakes.
If a drag setup is what you desire, change the rotors/calipers to a more suitable setup and run slicks and skinnies...if road racing is your primary goal, then keep what you have and don't look back. It will work great for RR'ing.
