19 x How Wide?

I currently have EVO Lightnings in 19x9.5 and want to have them widened in the rear. I believe the offset is +38. How wide can I go? I have LCA's if that will help me out at all in this. What size tire also? Thanks!

11 as wide as I can go w/o some modifications to the wheel wells?

yeah, you're not going to get anyting larger than an 11" wheel in there w/o some extensive not to mention expensive modifications. A 305/30 is still a pretty decent sized wheel.
