Sumitomo 275/40/17 width?

What is the width of the footprint of Sumitomo HTRZ 275/40/17 when mounted on a 17x9.5 wheel? The reason I ask, is that on tirerack it gives all the other dimensions except for that. Also any up close pics of Sumitomo's tread width or sidewall would be appreciated. thanks guys

Thanks man thats exactly what I was lookin for, picture wise. Do you think they look wide for a 275/40? Also what springs are you running?

I had Sumitomo 275/40 17 before I went to 18s. They are a good size but I think they still look stock.

The Sumitomo tires run pretty narrow. If you want a wider tire get a BFG. They tend to run wider treads according to the width measurement.

99 silver z, if those are 17x9.5 zo6's, what springs are you running. I like how your car sits, I was going to go with sportlines, but it looks like you're running a pro-kit. Also if you have any more pics of your car with the 17's I would like to see them.

The reason I'm going with Sumitomo's is for the price. Hell if I went BFG I couldn't get anywhere close to $400 for 4 tires.
