Balancing prostars with slicks

How do you guys balance your prostars with slicks? I tried doing it but the insert in the center kept throwing the balance off. Do I even need to balance them?

You dont need to balance slicks.

I didnt balance my 26x11.5x15s and there just fine.

if tightened down on the balancer with the correct cone, the center spacer won't move. just did my welds yesterday. center didn't move at all.

I didnt balanced mines and the car shakes a lil , so I guess Ill do that next week
