Should I use Fix A Flat?

Should I use Fix A Flat? Two tires on my Z have a slow leak that takes about a week for them to deflate. Not a big deal to me as I just fill em up every few days. Eventually I may end up giving this car to my sister and she won't be willing to do this.
There definentally aren't any punctures, Ive tried to find them before, I believe it is just poor tire to rim seal. The valve stems are also ok.
Can i just fill these two tires up with fix a flat? I realize I can go to the tire shop to get it fixed but I dont feel like spending that much at the moment because the car will need new tires soon anyways.
