Ebay Z06s

So I'm shoppin for some silver/powder coat z06s on ebay and come across these:

Can someone tell me why they are only 335 bucks (+89 shipping)? Even with the shipping it's only $106/wheel. Also if they end up being what I want would 275/40 g-force sports in front and 275/40 nitto 555rII out back be good for street/autox/strip?

like re-pro painted zr-1's im sure the build quality isnt as great either.
