If i could do it all over again
If i could do it all over again I would have nevverrr bought polished wheels. I have a set of boyd coddington smoothie II wheels. They looked freggan increadable for the first 2 months. Then they pitted and they never shine up like new after using mothers billet polish. I think i want to powder coat them or something so i dont have to look at the hundreds of pits all over them. My word of advice to all of you guys about to buy wheels: get them cleared if there polish or just get chrome or painted.

That's the exact reason why we tell people not to buy them unless they can dedicate plenty of time to it. Once they start looking faded, pitted, and cloudy, it takes some serious work to get them back into nice shape.
