They are around $4k+ for a set. www.tbyrne.com is a dealer for HRE. As far as I know, they only come polished there is no option for chrome.
The closest to those is Iforged Classics. They are $3k+ They are a sponsor and you can order directly from them at http://www.iforged.com or there are a few other sponsors that are also Iforged dealers. Chrome or polished is available.
The ones you originally posted are CCW 505A's. They are $2600 for a set, but they do look a little different than the HRE & Iforged. These are polished only, no chrome.http://www.ccwheel.com
There are some more around now that are made by Ruff Racing. They are much cheaper ($1500 or less) but look significantly different than the other three and are only available in certain sizes and offsets since they aren't custom made wheels. You can find them on ebay by searching for Ruff Racing 278s. These are available in chrome.
