If you have 4 front wheels, you don't need anything. Otherwise I believe you need like a 1/4" spacer to bring the rears out so they're the same offset as the fronts. I'm not sure if you'll need to bore out the wheel center to clear the hubs or not. The set I had was 4 fronts and the centers were already slightly bored out. I had them on several S10 trucks.
