Bought them new from my local Discount Tire Store. It took about 6 weeks to get them. But, when we opened all the boxes one of the rears was bent. That one had to go back and get a new hoop. It seemed like forever because Boyd's and Discount and UPS battled over who bent it. Finally another 5 weeks later I had a full set. Luckily it was in the middle of winter, the car was stored, and I didn't care.
