Just got some 275/40/17 Kumho MXs off tirerack for ~ 125 ea. Have had them on there ~ 3 weeks, happy with them so far. Good off the line traction on the street, did well in the downpour I was caught in about a week ago.
I just ordered a set of Avon Tech M550 AS 360 tread AA A rating ultra high performance all season very good ratings for 512 to my door from tirerack. I was also considering the Pirelli PZero Nero the guy said it had a little better dry grip but the Avon had much better wet grip and was 30 cheaper per tire from tirerack.com. This is the first set of tires I've bought for the car. My 16s were almost gone then when I bought my used 17s the bfg kds were scary bald and I had to save and all the while drive very carefully as I "floated" down the road. Ready to be safe and have fun again. Good luck in finding whats right for you. I needed an all season tire as I drive daily in NJ winters.
Kuhmo Ectsa MX here also and I love them. Only thing is now Im going up in size in the back and the 285/40/17's are on back order. I called and they said to expect at least a 8 week wait since they are shipped from Korea and takes about 4 weeks to get there from here 
. They are priced at $140 each there. I paid $260 for 2 275/40/17's Kuhmo's shipped (bought them at two different times)

Verdad Gallardo So my tire finally died on me last night while driving. Seems the valve stem gave out, but only forcasted that I needed to replace it sooner.

yea youve gotta watch it i was looking at f1 gs d3's and when i went to goodyear they told me $1000 mounted and balanced for 245/50-16 and with a search on the net i found $640 for the tires and a place down the street from me mounts and balances $20 a tire makeing it $720.. now tell me someone isnt trying to screw me over...
