17" Skinnies
17" Skinnies Saw an announcement on the web earlier this year regarding a new MT ET street skinny - 17" dia. This is what I need to clear my big brakes. Anyone know what kind of wheel to run with this ?

I've seen some people widen and narrow ws6 wheels. That tire though has to be one of the skinniest skinnies I've ever seen though. It's only 2.5 inches wide and I really don't know of any 17 inch wheels at all that will fit on.
They're for dragsters that use the 17" spindle mount front wheels. Wheels like these...

They're 22" tall also. I can't imagine that working too well on a street car.

No kidding, I didn't even notice the height. I wonder what the load rating on them is, man are they light, 4lbs :O
22in would be a little short though, lower the front of the car about 2 in closer to the pavement.
