I had a similar dilemma when I bought my wheels. I couldn't decide if I wanted polished wheels or a gunmetal center with polished lip on a black car. I ended up going with all polished and I'm so glad that's the decision I made. There's just no better look than a high quality polished wheel on a dark colored car. I feel like when you put dark wheels on a dark car, you start to lose some of the lines of the car. I think cars need contrast. If you're going to spend close to $4k on wheels and tires, you might as well have them be noticeable and not just a dark shadow with a polished lip that you lose the detail with. Just my .02
