Offset question
Offset question 2000 C5 here,,,,,I'm running 315/35/17 BFG drag radials on a 17x11 ZR-1 rim 56 mm offset, and am noticing rubbing on the inside part of the wheel well plastic liner..
Is anyone else having this?
The rim clearly shows 56 as the offest..
I was told the higher the offset, the less the tire sticks out, but I didn't know about the rubbing...
Can anyone advise on this?

is this on the front or rear? The rears don't have a plastic liner, but the fronts do.
The 36mm will stick outside the fender a tad, the 50mm will tuck just right. I didn't know there was a 56mm on an 11 unless it is an actual ZR1 backspace. But that would make it close on the inside of the rear. Mine is very close with the 50mm and Nitto 315's which as skinnier than BFG's.
