i have got the stock 99 ta wheels and the widest i could go is 255/60/16 so my guess would be no unless you've got the ws6 wheels then i think they can go up to 275/xx/17

I had 275/50/16's on the salid shooters, light rubbing in a tight corner but they sure did bite off the line. (BFG's) This was like 4 camaros ago ('94 M6)

Unless you go with one of the DOT R compound roadrace tires (which will last 3000 miles on the street, if you baby them) in 265/45 16, the widest 16" street tire you will find is a 255/50 16.
