need some cheap drag wheels...
need some cheap drag wheels... Im planning a cam swap here pretty soon (ms3) and ill need some sticky tires. I was planning on using the m/t drag radials, size 255 on my stock 16's but i dont think ill be able to hook up with those. so i was considering picking up a cheap set of maybe some 15 inch iroc wheels and slapping some 275 r15's on there. maybe this will net me some better traction and lose some rotating mass. my question is....
1) can i hook with just 255 r16's?
2) if not will iroc wheels bolt up to my ls1?
3) theyre 15's, will i need to grind my calipers?
4) will a 275 fit on a 15x7? what about an 8inch wheel?
5) suggest some other very very cheap 15 inch wheels.
