Weld Prostars 15X10's out back with a 7.5" back spacing MT drag radials on it now (looks the same with ET drags). these are 28"tall 275/65r15 tires on it. had to grind the calipers and also did not have to trim my bumper (adjustable LCA's and panhard bar)

What size MTs are those? Are they the 325/50s?

Instead of slicks, I have actually decided to go with the 325/50 MT DRs. In case i decide to take part in some off track activities. Thanks for all of the pics guys. I hope my setup looks as good as yours. Some nice looking cars in this thread.

NA$TY-TA>>>That setup looks very nice. Can't wait to see what it does. I hope to have something like that some day.

275/65R15..... 315 wont fit with a wheel that has a 7.5" BS. you will rub the front part of the inner wheel well badly (even if you have an adjustable pan hard.... now if you take a big hammer to it you might get away with it. also, you will probably have to roll your fendor lips. i had to so i could fit the 28" tire

Yeah chris is a Great guy, he usually let me use the truck and trailor whenever i needed it. I wish i could be able to help finishthe job i started with that car. but alas i had to move 3 hours north and dont have the time or place to work on it anymore. although im glad you are taking over since i am not as knowledgeable about turbo's as you are. i was learning on chris's car for the most part.

as for 07' i cant wait either. all im waiting on now is get my T-brake installed and i should be set to hit the track more this coming year.

315 is the width of the tire which i think is 10.5" wide the hieght of the tire for me would be 28" which is the 65
275/65R15 which is a 10" wide tire by 28" H X 15" rims

a 325/65R15 is a 11"wide tire X 28"H on a R15 which is a 15" rim.

325 wide will not fit without beating the hell out of the inner wheel well and rolling the fendor lip.

I know that is the width, I was just saying that those were 28" tall. I know that it will take a BFH to get them fit, but there are alot of people running them and they look good. Thanks

Now you are correct on the widths of the tires.... in tire section width of the tread........ the tire tread is 11" wide but the tire its self is almost 13.5" wide......

If your calipers are ground for 15x8 rims they you will more tan likely have to grind some more off to fit the 15x10's without rubbing. Also more pounding/cutting to the inner well without a spacer. I'm running a spacer right now and if it's not exactly right then you get a vibration/wobble. I will be grinding the calipers more soon so I don't have to run a spacer or go ahead and buy the Strange race brakes

Mine had 8's on it first, no addition grinding was needed for the 10's with 7.5 BS, in addition never took a hammer to anything to run the 28's.

Well, I got my 325s but now I found out that the local track is going to start up a King of the Street series next year. Well the class that my car will fit in is limited to a 275 tire. Will there be much performance difference between the 325/50 and the 275/60? I am pretty sure both of those are 28" tall tires. What are your opinions on this? I really wanted to do the 325s but I would really like to run in this series since the track is like 5 minutes down the road
