How to Fit 315's
 

ok i want to get 315's on my car and was wondering all i have to do to fit em' on. Also where to get all of this done to fit em' on, and if the place where i buy the tires at will do it for me?

You get them mounted on a set of 11 wheels with 50mm offset and bolt them on.

Mine bolted on with no clearance issues whatsoever, 17x11 wheel with a 50mm offset and your good to go. My car is at stock height though, some of the guys on here say an adjustable Panhard rod in necessary for a lowered car.

I had to beat the piss out of my fender wells, but mine are BFG 315's which run really wide for a 315. I have an adj. pan hard and I'm lowered.

I had to cut off the bumpstops on mine to get the 315s to fit.

Absolutely no need to cut the bump stop off entirely. I never touched mine. Just couldn't let the rear axle hang for a tire change. No biggie.

Removing the BS will allow your rear axle to travle too far upwards, increasing the risk of the tire contacting the wheel well, and damage to your shocks.

I have a set of 315/30/18 bfg's on c6 rims on my 02 ws6. stock ride height and i had to hammer alot of the inner fender wells to get the to fit without rubbing. ajdustable panhard helped a little but much hammering was involved and i cut off the bump stops. i still have on more spot to hammer as i noticed when i was at the track this weekend and pulling the wheels off the ground, the tires rubbed one little spot on the side. good luck

NItto 555R 315/35 R17 and had to roll the fender and had to massage the inner fender. they look mean though.

11" ZR1, just had to bolt them on. My car is at stock ride height.

They fit just fine on my old camaro. Even when i did the eibach pro-kit i had no problems.

Lift the car from the rear diff. and you don't have to cut your bump stops. Lifting from there will keep your rear sus. from drooping, and you can install your wheels with no problems.

Thanks man...it's a Z28 though with a Suncoast SS hood, and that license plate is photoshopped, I have the real deal though in the mean time, just have to take some pics of it!
