18's Will putting a 18 x 9 using 265/40/18's with stock offset of 56mm on the front of a stock suspension 02ss have any fitting issues? Thanks... |
Better to run a 275/35ZR18 tire . . . and that will fit fine. |
Dude, i'm looking for a similar question to be answered. These guys should make a sticky that has every combination that works...that way we won't have to ask a million questions...don't you agree? |
I want to run 265/40/18 bfg drag radials on the back and want to keep the same diameter all the way around thats why I asked if it would fit on the front without a problem. I have a hookup on ruff rims for 400 bucks on any set but they only come in 9 or 9.5 the widest. Still looking for an answer. Thanks... I want to kind of fill in some of the wheel well without lowering the car. |
You should run a 275/35/18 on all four and they will fit just fine no rubbing and no problems whatsoever. |

and 275 is too wide for a 9" rim in my opinion. 275 is only recommended for a 9.5" wheel. Go with your 265 or maybe even a 255. |
