Default Weld Draglites+Fitment

When using weld draglites are there any other brake calipers that can be used without having to grind or use spacers; im not talking about a whole new brake system but are there any calipers that can be swpped into the oem's place?.? I've heard the aerospcae calipers will work but are there any other...any suggestions

Stange Drag Brakes clear IIRC, but I wouldn't use them for everyday driving.
