As a road race tire it is probably pretty awesome, but as a street tire . . . No no . .

Unless you live where it NEVER rains after you have 1,000 miles on them, it's probably not the best idea for a daily driver. When brand new I've read that they do awesome in rain, but a few miles and it gets pretty miserable. Considered them for my daily driver summer wheels, did some research, and went with BFG KDW2s instead.

Can I even get KDW2's in my size? My rims are too wide I think.

Correct...KDW2s don't run very wide in a 17" wheel diameter. Good thing they run wider in the 18s so I could use them on my CCWs.

you can even run the KDW for a street tire, I have 285's out back on my FC in the KDW and they are great in the rain for a performance tire.

the Kumho MX is a good all around street tire too.

I plan on getting the Azenis RT615 next actually because the MX was a little too tame for me ...I drive nicely in the rain and love to drive like a maniac in the dry!
