I know exactly what you mean though, nothing is never good enough for other people. I am suprised I haven't gotten the obligatory it needs to be lowered more.
What springs do you have on your car? I am going to purchase 505's for my TA and the decision on rear wheel width is killing me. I dont really want the stretched tire look so I think I may do a 10" wide wheel like the GTO in recent threads with the 10" wide wheels, I want 18's though instead of the 19's on the GTO. The reason for the 10" is that I am like you I refuse to roll my fenders I am not totally against working over the inner wheel well but dont really want to do that either. I am trying to cover all my bases since I am lowered and dont want to beat up my car. I think 10" may be the way to go for me. The GTO still had a real good size rear lip.

I run BMR springs, gives it the right stance for what I want. Not slammed, but not 4x4ish either. I almost went with 18x10s all around but went with 18x11s in the rear after talking to Steve(MeentSS). I didnt have to do much clearancing to make them fit, if you went with 10s in the rear, I don't think you would have to do any honestly. On my 10s for the front, I would say the lip is about 1.5" whereas the lip on the rear 11s is about 2". The GTO looks real good IMO. Might just be me, but I think the 505A's look better on the TA's & GTO's whereas the SP500s fit the Camaro's better. I hope I have helped you out some.

Thanks for the quick reply. That helps a ton. I just made a post with regards to my wheel selection. I just want to be sure everything will fit nice and look good before I spend that kind of money. I know members get tired of "does this fit" thread but I have studied the fit posts until I cant read anymore and just want a little outside opinon. Thanks for your help.

Oh and by the way bad *** car!!!

As another data point, I'm running Hotchkis rear springs on mine. Not slammed either, but certainly doesn't sit as high as it used to. I'm expecting it to sit a little higher when I get my 12-bolt installed, so I might have to do some fine tuning.

Fronts are 18x10 and rears are 18x11. Front tires are 275/35/18s
