I mean, I only have 375 rwhp and 367 rwtq, I have BMR LCAs, a Spohn Adjustable Torque Arm that's chassis mounted set to the recommended specs, I have SLP SFC's, I mean really, from 3000 rpm (about 30 mph roll) shouldn't I be able to get some traction? That's basically what I am hoping to achieve with the KD when I finally get them for the rears too.

I have the BFG KDs in 315s out back, and let me tell you they hook up wonderfully. On a grippy road, I can roll it on in first pretty fast and hook. If I do spin, it's not till a high rpm, and second gear pulls SO hard. I'm really happy with these tires. By the way, i've owned kumho's, goodyear's, and these.

I had AVS ES100's on my car before the KD's and I HATED them....I had to take them off and sell them, that's when I decided that it was time to stop making tire decisions based on price and other people's opinions and to suck it up and pay the price for what I wanted in a tire. I was looking into the AVS Sports as well but I was told by guys who have ran both that the KD's were stiffer and an all around better tire in the dry.

Hawk, what didn't you like about the Yokos? I have two sets of wheels and tires for my '96 Z-28 (long story), and one of them is 225/55/16 AVSs on 16x8 American Racing rims. They seem to work pretty well for me, although most of my driving is limited to the "Interstate Grand Prix", going back and forth to work.
