Strange Hoosier tire...

Strange Hoosier tire... My friend somehow got these Hoosier tires from some import guy. He had stalled out on the road and my friend happened to feel sorry for his *** so helped him push the car to the side of the road. The guy said "thanks heres these tires", locked his car and got on his cell phone.
Anyways these are the tire specs: 12.0/28.0-15. I tried finding these tires online to see their value and I havent had any luck finding a vendor that carries such a tire. I researched some on google and it seems like these are Hoosier ASRA tires.
Anyone know anything about these tires? I'll get a pic when I can. Here's a link that I found on Hoosier's site that lists this tire.
