Default Y2K Wheels

What is the finish on these, i know theyre polished but do they have a clear coat? And either way is there a way to remove it looks to be brake dust that was left on them?

If they are factory Y2k C5 wheels then they have a clearcoat finish on them. Yes you could remove it, but then be prepared to upkeep like a unfinished aluminum wheel.
