Default TT2s, Thinking Of Making Em Black. Poll/Advice

Ok since i got my rims i have blacked out the windows and all the lights and thinking of black rims. I dont wanna sell mine really bc I love the style and width of these but might turn em black. If i do, should i powder coat or have painted? Ive never messed with changing rim color before. Also would all black be it or leave a fat polished lip? Anyone got pictures of these black or partially black or can photoshop some (i suck at it)??? Let me know what you think!!

I think the black with NBM will just clash. But a gunmetal or silver color on the spokes, Blackbird style, would really set it off.

Gunmetal w/ the polished lip if you do it, but I like them now, they contrast nicely with your car.

If you paint 'em black, I'd do a satin black, instead of a gloss, with the polished rim and centers. However, on a NBM car, like mine, I think gray centers would look better. Gunmetal or Charcoal gloss w/ polished rim and centers would be the best. This might give you an idea. Although mine are 200S Classics, they're close enough to TT2's for comparison. I did a P'shop on 'em a while back to see what they'd look like with black spokes. Here you go:

and I say black on a NBM car. a friend of mine has black ss ten spokes and it looks mean as hell.

I voted for the black spokes and polished lip. Did it to my TTIIs last winter and love it.

Cool, several responses and some pics. I know i dont want to do grey bc every detail on the car is black now other than the paint. I like the black spokes and polished everything else too now. Ill never own another set of polished rims, they are too much damn hassle, ill be glad to have them black lol.
