repaint or polish c5 wheels?

repaint or polish c5 wheels? A friend of mine has a set of c5 painted wheels and gave them to me. I am tring to figure out what my options are. I would like to polish them but not sure if you can do that. If I would paint them i dont know what color would look good on a nbm ws6. Any help would be great.

What should I do with the plastic centercaps that are painted. Is there a set of polished caps I can Buy. I checked ebay and they only have painted or chrome ones. How hard is it to polish wheels that are painted?
