Bent Drag Wheels?

Bent Drag Wheels?
I have left a voicemail for the distributor of the wheel in question so I will leave the brand of the wheel out of this conversation. I have a simple question.
Is it possible for a drag wheel to be bent during the tire mounting process? Further, has anyone heard of this happening?
As of right now, two of the four drag wheels are wobbling on the tire balancer at the tire shop which is not good for me
Any information would be appreciated. Thank you.

possible, but not likely.
it would be all to easy for an inexperienced tech to bend the lip, but he would almost have to try to bend it so that it would wobble on the balancer.
are these brand new wheels, or had they been on a car?
which wheels?

Thanks for the input. The wheels had been on a car. Of the four wheels, two are bent. The odd thing is that one 15x3.5 is bent and one 15x10 is bent.
Due to my limited knowledge, I cannot confirm that it is the lip that is bent. The tire tech believes the whole wheel is bent and they are one of the most reputable tire shops in the country per Tire Rack.
I will be sending the wheels out for repair as they are simply not driveable.
