Shop that does the 35th Anniversary Wheel? I swore that a shop once advertised on here to strip/powdercoat your stock SS wheels into 35h anniversary wheels. If anyone has any info I'd love it. PMs welcome. Trying to save $$$ over the $800 gmpartsdirect price for new ones. Thanks guys!
The $800 from GMPartsdirect is worth it. You get a brand new wheel "kit". It is the wheels, center caps, lug nuts and covers.
All you need to do is get a set of stock silver ones and chemically strip them and you have the machined surface underneath. Then mask and paint. The stock GM paint on the real deal looks like a shitty rattle can finish anyway.
