same wheel/tire question as everyone else

sorry yall, i did a search, and just can't seem to find what i'm lookin for. i'm wanting to put a 17x11 with BFG 315/35/17 (same as everyone else it seems) on my 07 Z06.
will that setup work on my car?
i'm guessing the 50mm offset will work?
what the hell is this BFH mod? a hammer on my brand new car? yikes!! what do yall think?

BFH mod = big ******* hammer. I think a z06 should be able to fit 315s no problem. But Im not sure if 17s can even fit on z06s bc of how large the brakes are? Also. What wheels are you wanting to get. And I doubt 50mm will work. I think you'll need a higher offset.

Will a 17" wheel clear the brakes????

And you ain't gonna do the BFH mod on a Vette, since there isn't any metal to "persuade" out of the way. . . . .

Don't 07 Z06 come with huge tires stock? I thought they were like 325's.

yea a regular c6 vette already has 295's on 19's in the rear... so z06 has gotta have bigger than that.... i dont think youll be able to run 17's on that and why would you want to its gonna look horrible unless you plan on running slicks and skinnies on it... im confused.... give us more info to work wiht man... or take it to the dealer and they'lll know what u need and be happy to suck the money out of your pockets tooo....

yeah, a TRUE Z06 will come stock with 325's on the back so I have no idea what you are talking about and 17's probably will not fit brakes. Unless you put the wrong car in your thread then your blind or dont even know what you have.
