like the others said, tires for 18s are outrageous, and although they do fill up the wheel well quite nicely, the wheel and tire package for 18x9.5 18x11 is way out of my price range
There are many factors to think about... When I went from 16x8 stock 02 Camaro wheels to 17x9.5 wheels the ride difference was huge. Cornering is better, but now I feel every bump on the road. I would like to have 18's, but I don't think I would like the ride since the Z28 is a daily driver(or at least 2 to 3 days a week). I also have a Chrysler 300 and had 22's and 20's, both size wheels rode better than the 17's on my z28, but is due to the suspension on the 300's. Tire price is another thing... I really don't go through tires much, but I know some people do and it can add alot down the road. I'm mad now since I went with Privat Profil wheels and the damn things are peeling around the lip(the clearcoat), so now I need new wheels..only been 13 months since I bought the privats(warranty is 1 year on finish). Even though the black with polished lip looked great on my car, the chrome wheels are so easy to keep clean and think I may just go with chrome z06 motorsports now.

Verdad Gallardo Seems you have most of the suspension mods I have, and yea it roughens up the ride a bit. I dont know how much of a diff going from the 16x8 to the 17x9.5 and 17x11s will get, but ill update here in the next week or so when I get em put on.
