Help with rim offset

Help with rim offset I tried using the search but it keeps sending me to google!??
Anyways,my question is,what is the stock offset for Z06 rims.Also what size wheel studs do I need to make them fit on a 98 Z28.The rims are 18X10.5 and will be going on the back.I put a 1/4 inch spacer cuz they were hitting the rim inside real bad.It even got scratched
