If it were my money, I'd go with the FM/10's. The ARO SS's are nice, but they look a little too much like wagon wheels for my taste. I've always thought FM/10's on Trans Ams was a perfect match.

Honestly, I think the wheels you have on now look way better! But you probably don't want to hear that so I guess I say the FM10's are the better looking among the two choices.

You know, the AROs would actually look pretty damn good as long as you went with an 18 inch size. I also agree with some of the other members here, I think your current wheels look very nice, I'm not sure I've seen any other F-bodys with them. I have thought about putting a different ram-air hood on my car a few times, but everyone I talk to tells me to keep my stock hood as it preserves the sleek lines of the car. I think your Trans Am looks pretty damn good as is, but I know what it's like not to be able to leave well enough alone!

^ Lol, yea, I think I've been torn about the hood for a year now! I wish I would have put a 'keep your wheels' option, but I forgot and I can't edit it. I'm gonna PM a mod and see if they can do it. I think with the ARO's I'd definitely be going 18's, the 17's would look too small in that design I think.

The WS9 Outlaw hood is too tall towards the back. It doesnt flow well with the rest of the car. The fitment wont be as nice compared to a stock WS6 hood either...Trust me, Ive had both.

Exclamation

If you go 18" wheels from Fikse, I strongly suggest the Profil line. Yes more expensive, but the Profil line was DESIGNED in 18" diameters, whereas the Classic line is intended for 17" diameters.

Reason I say that, is the center "disc" in the classic line is the same OD whether 18" or 17", they just step the lip of the hoop to make up the difference. Although looking at the pics, maybe they have changed their ways . . .

Just my 2 cents.

Here is the Profil 13:

I would say get the FM-10's, but the wheels on your car look damn good already. Mix that with the fact that I don't recall seeing them on any other F-Body, I'd say keep them!

Personally, I think the wheels you currently have on your car look MUCH better than the two you are contemplating.
