Weld Prostar Question I just ordered a set of Weld Prostars 15x8 w/ 5.5 in backspacing, Ive herd you have to grind away the calipers.
How much grinding am I looking at?, is this gonna be a huge PITA?
Anybody with first hand experiance want to give me some insight in what are the best tools to use?

I am in the process of putting Draglites on my car now. The grinding was way more than I thought it would be. I used some grease on the back of my wheels to check where they rubbed. Ended up ruining the caliper on the pax side, ( I think it had been replaced with some sort of cheap after market thing). I just used a die grinder from Home Depot. There are some pics on here somewhere that somebody posted... Good luck. Also... I would highly reccomend longer studs with those wheels...
Change the order to 10" wheels. 8" wheels are too small for typical tire setups. If your concerned about grinding, as the above user damaging his caliper, you may consider our wheels.
