Default Quick question before I buy tires...

I'm going with Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3's but I don't know whether to get 275/35/18 or 275/40/18. Is 40 gonna be to tall? I need advice asap as I am about to buy some. Thanks alot in advance.

Yeah 18x9.5 I remember reading somewhere that the 275/40/18 is too tall for the front but I don't know about the back. anyone else?

I'm just wondering if everybody goes with 275/35/18 or 275/40/18

usually when you go up in rim size the tire needs a lower profile. Meaning if your going to an 18 the tire size would be 275/35/18. That just my 2 cents on how I would do it..

Thanks for the advice. As of right now I'm gonna order the 275/35/18 unless anybody tells me different before then. Thanks again.

i have 275/35r18s on a 9.5 rim in the front and they barely fit. I doubt that 40s would fit without rubbing a lil.
