another backspacing question

another backspacing question im aobut to order new wheels but i need to know what size and stuff
im either getting draglites or prostars either in a 15" rim but i dont know what width and backspacing i need, i wanted to put the biggest tire i could fit under it without and tools , a little caliper grinding it okay though. but if you can help me id really appreciate it thanks
