Finishing rims.....PIC...

I took a set of 10 Spoke SS rims that were that silver powder coat and this is what they look like now with alot of help....

Ive got some chrome 10 spokes with flaky chrome Im going to do the same thing to.
Did you powder coat?

No powder coat on them... I used air craft stripper 2 and it did not hurt the metal at all.. then had the face polished since we tried by hand and unless you have a lot of spare time its a pain... but I just got them back and am using a high gloss spray paint on the rest of the wheel and then clear coating the intire wheel so it wont dull the finish... thanks

the machined finish is under the paint of all silver painted 10 spokes. If you strip them with a chemical stripper it will remain. Don't sand blast them.
