Painting TT2's Black.....? I'm gonna be painting the spokes of my TT2's black and wanted to know if there is any particular brand i should go for. I was looking at the Duplicolor graphite. Any input on that choice?
Also i wanted to know should i scotch-brite them before paint, they are polished alum. not chrome.

I had a set of mine done by a local body shop. They charged me $100 and used the same paint used to paint cars so the color had some depth to it once they where done. I tired doing a wheel with the rattle can but it just didnt do anything for me so I had them done right. Ask around for a quote and see what you get. Trust me, the wheels will look a lot nicer with a nice deep black paintjob from a body shop
i want to do the same thing but mine are chrome...i never thought about having a body shop do that. im not sure why. i did it on my iroc with a rattle can prepped them and everything and it seemed they got scratched up extremely easy. love to see the pics after you get them painted might help me decide if i should paint mine or not.
