Pirelli makes like every size imaginable. Michelin does make a 365/710 R 540. It was designed especially for the Bugatti. I beleive its the widest street tire ever used on a passenger car. 365 = width (obviously), 710 = overall diameter, and 540 = rim diameter (approx. 20 ")

I have started grooving M/T 325-50-15 drag radials for use on the street. I have already drove them in the rain and they seem to do really good and still have the same or close to the same traction in the dry. I still have to add about 300-400 pounds of weight to the back of my car also to make weight for the LSX shootout drag radial class.
