where im from, ive only seen one other fbody with them... and i only saw him once... it might be "played out" if u just search these forums 24/7... ive loved torque thrusts ever since i saw some on a 67 nova when i was 9... ive wanted them ever since and was ecstatic when i got them for my fbody... if u dont like them, dont buy them, its as simple as that...

wow my vote for No put it at an even 50/50. I think the chrome ones are alittle played, but black type aren't. That's why I voted no

I voted "yes" to them being played out even though I just got a set for my car.

Here is why:

I wanted 11's in the rear. Always have ever since I got the car. The only problem is that there aren't many options for running a 17x9 and a 17x11 that are a good price. The TT's are fairly cheap and you can get them in those two sizes.

I know I can run Fiske's, CCW's or Billet specialties, but I don't have the money for those wheels and the TT's are a great price!

I think they are extremely played out. I know I have Z06s and those are played out too, but I wanted an 18in rim that was wide enough. I will soon be getting something different. I have been kicking around the idea of powdercoating the insides of my Z06s SOM, but havent quite convinced myself its a good idea. Anyway I am now a member of drivers against tt2s.

There is a reason why so many people have them...

And honestly I see a lot of cars with them on this site, but I have actually seen very little 4th gens with them in person, and when I do see them it makes my head turn because like I already stated, they are sexy.
They are are way played out, but it seems to be just on this board. I passed four 4th gen z's yesterday and not one of them had a set of aftermarket rims.

They are only played out if you don't have a life outside of the internet.

I wish they made a set in chrome.. I'd be all over them..

I just can't keep up with all the polishing I'd have to do on the polished ones..
