17x9 AR rebels with 24 mm offset
17x9 AR rebels with 24 mm offset I can get a set of AR rebels from a friend that has a 24 mm offset with a 6" backspace. but i was wondering if that offset is to low? Would that stick out to far?
Also when i did a search for the rebels, a lot of people say that to prevent rubbing on the rears, 18's are a better choice than 17's. I don't understand how a bigger rim would be less likely to rub.
Anyone have a pic of these rims with an offset close to that?

Offset I bought the 17/9s AR Rebels 3 years ago and they didn't fit my 2000 SS. They stuck out about 1/2" past the fenders all around and rubbed. If your car is slammed, they won't work. I have the 18/9s and 18/10s and no problems. Below is the website of AR.
