if they are not too thick..and you have good/longer wheel studs..fine...if stock..u are better off getting WHEEL ADAPTERS...

If you get a quality spacer and longer studs, they're fine. It when you try to keep the stock studs that youre lookin at potential problems... oops I was doin that

Niether spacer nor adapters are a good idea. I have worked in a few tire shops that wont touch your wheels if the have these on them. I have yet to see them be the cause of something bad but the potential is not worth the risk, just by wheels that fit the car you own.

I use them for my prostars on the front. Saved my brake calipers and it's straight lines only with the skinnies on anyway. It's the side to side load that likes to break stock studs. USE longer studs if you go this route.

When using spacers you reduce the amount of material left on your studs for securing the wheel to the car. To offset this, get longer wheel studs in equal proportion to the amount you are taking up with your spacer.

I'm running spacers on all for wheels. This is because the Pro-Stars won't clear the calipers without them. You definitely want to get longer studs if you're running spacers and all tracks (beit NHRA OR IHRA) require the studs to stick out of the open luggs anyway.
