New wheels are on!!! Finally got the rims on. I may still polish the lip and the chrome lugs go on tomorrow. These are the y2k c5 rims. I was in a pinch for the center caps so I used the z28 centers. Let me know what you think.

I was looking at it today from a distance and without a line seperating the tire from the rim they look like 15 inch rims with a really tall sidewall. I will definately be polishing the lip.
I'll paint the calipers red as well. I am going with 1 and 1/4 inch spacers for the flush fender and wheel look when it gets lowered. I bet I'll have to roll the fender.

Re: New wheels are on!!! I painted my stock 16" alloy rims black with brake caliper paint, then used clearcoat. Then I used a dremel to polish the lip to make it look like the special edition trans am. For 25 bucks, it turned out pretty nice.
