ya know, i've always liked the 98-00 version better, but here lately im liking the 01-02, guess I just got tired of the older ones. I'd just have both and swap back and forth between the two.

I'm going against the majority. I like the 01-02 rims better. I ordered my 01 brand new and picked it up in December of 2000 and luckily it had the newer style on it.

96-01 style, (in chrome)

I replaced my polished ones in chrome, and it was the best money I ever spent on my 98 ws6. (well, other than the new in box aps kit I haven't installed yet)

Either way, aftermarket rims are a must on these cars. The only stock rims that look good are on Firehawks.
I guess our buds are totally different. I think alot (not all definatly) of aftermarket rims look like **** on fbody's. I dont mind vette rims tho and I see urs has them. But Chromies all the way........ Id go for the earlier model. The newer ones look too fat and short to me. heres a pic of my car with wagons.

Got tired of my 1999 chrome ones and bought AFS black chrome ZR-1's. Then, got tired of those and had to choose between the new and older style WS-6 rims. I choose a set of '02 polished ones over the '98-'00 wheels. I think both look even better now than a few years back, because, I'm not seeing many cars who don't have some sort of aftermarket wheel on them these days.

Older ones. Only reason I didn't order a WS6 in 01 was cause they couldn't garuntee which wheels I'd get.
