help me pick 19'' or 18'' wheels

so i have a 2001 pewter ta and im looking to change the current wheel/tire set up...i REALLY like these Ruff wheels http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/18-PO...2em118Q2el1247

only thing is i dont know if i should get 18s or 19s or mayeb 19 rear and 18 front....im gonna be drivin the car hard at times so would 18/19 combo be bad? shoudl i just go 19s all around? i saw this post and thought these ruff 19s look REALLY good on this pewter ta https://ls1tech.com/forums/wheels-tires/850760-got-ruff-278s-hyperblack-19x9-5-installed.html
