Might be a repeat..
First off, make sure they're really polished and not clearcoated. That will help you determine what to use.
If they're polished, I've seen a lot of people use Wenol with really good results. I use Mother's Billet Aluminum Polish on my hoops, but my centers are anodized, so there's not much I can do with them except clean and seal them.
If they're clearcoated, any fine grade polish (like Tropi-Care TC-8 or Menzerna Final Polish 2) will help get scuffs/swirls out.
Either way, waxing them after you're done will help a lot.
