Tire Opinions?

Tire Opinions? Well, I'm in the market for some dd tires and was wondering if you guys could give me some input.
The tires I'm looking at:
275/40/17 BFG G-Force Sport
275/40/17 Vredestein Ultrac Sessant
Looking for some decently cheap DD tires with decent traction. I've had the BFG's before, and when I first got them put on my T/A they hooked fairly well, but after a few months they'd spin relatively easy. I'm wondering if I'll have better luck going with the Vredesteins? I've been reading some pretty positive reviews so far.
I was thinking about going with the sports in the front, and 275/40/17 G-Force DR's for the rear, but I can't justify driving on a DR unless I'm getting decent races (which hasn't happened in a while haha)
